CGS collects the following personal information through written forms for consultations, service applications, etc.:

- Home phone number
- Home address
- Mobile phone number
- Service usage records

CGS uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:
- Fulfillment of contracts related to service provision and billing for the services provided, including content delivery, purchase and billing, and dispatch of goods or bills.
- Personal identification, age verification, confirmation of consent from legal guardians when collecting personal information from children under 14, communication of notices, marketing and advertising utilization, frequency analysis of access, or statistics on members' service usage.

CGS processes and retains personal information within the period of consent obtained from the data subjects or the retention and use period stipulated by laws and regulations. The specific processing and retention periods for personal information are as follows:
- Until the service usage contract is terminated; however, if there are remaining rights and obligations, until those rights and obligations are settled.
- For records of contracts, withdrawal of consent, payment, and supply of goods in electronic commerce, the period is five years.

CGS will not provide personal information to third parties except in cases of separate consent from the data subject or as specified under Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

CGS outsources the processing of personal information to external entities as follows for smooth personal information management:

- KG Inicis, PayPal: Payment processing and provision of purchase safety services

When entering into outsourcing contracts, CGS specifies in writing matters related to the prohibition of processing personal information beyond the purpose of the outsourced work, restrictions on re-outsourcing, management and supervision of the entrusted party, and liability, in accordance with Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act. CGS supervises whether the entrusted party processes personal information securely.

Data subjects can exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time. In the case of children under 14, legal representatives have the right to view or collect the child’s personal information, as well as the right to withdraw consent for collection and use.
- Request for access to personal information
- Request for correction of errors in personal information
- Request for deletion

CGS generally destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. The procedures and methods for destruction are as follows:
- Information entered by customers is moved to a separate database (in the case of paper, a separate document box) and stored for a certain period for information protection reasons according to internal policies and other relevant laws (refer to retention and use period) before being destroyed. Personal information moved to a separate database will not be used for purposes other than those prescribed by law.
- Personal information stored in electronic file formats is deleted using technical methods that render the records non-recoverable.

- Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular training for employees
- Management of access rights, such as setting passwords for personal information processing systems (or computers where personal information is stored), installation of security programs such as antivirus software, and encryption of files containing personal information
